Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or report a problem. Because products are made for each order, change-of-mind returns are reviewed case by case.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, send your order number and a description through the contact page. Keep the item and packaging, and attach clear photos when we reply by email.
